He believes in the whole-athlete philosophy, where discipline, encouragement, and character-building go hand in hand. The Togethership’s uniquely holistic approach integrates physical training, academic support, and community engagement, setting it apart from traditional schools and sports programs.
A graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts and a Single-Subject Teaching Credential, Devin brings over a decade of experience as an educator, coach, and elite-level trainer. He started his career teaching middle school Physical Education and coaching high school football in Orange County, where he honed his ability to inspire and mentor young athletes. Outside of The Togethership, Devin enjoys traveling with his wife, Holly, and their children, Kingsley (7), Ruby (5), and a soon-to-arrive addition. Based in San Clemente, CA, the Quinn family values spending time together and creating lasting memories. Devin draws inspiration from his supportive family and community, who motivate him to make The Togethership the best place it can be for students, families, and staff alike.
“Our students come to The Togethership hungry to grow, both as athletes and as individuals. Their commitment to bettering themselves and the positive energy they bring into our programs make them a joy to work with.”

As the Director of Performance at The Togethership, Andrew oversees the holistic athletic development of students with well-rounded and evidence-based programming that focuses on fundamentals across strength, stamina, movement, technique, skills, recovery, injury-prevention, and mental fortitude. In this role, Andrew works with the coaching and training team to create, implement, and monitor individualized performance development programs that empower student-athletes to improve their strengths, reach their full potential, and prepare for long-term athletic careers.
Andrew also serves as the Strength Coach at San Clemente High School, where he works with the school’s football and basketball programs and cultivates high school partnerships. He started his coaching career in Strength and Conditioning with Spellman Performance, a four-month internship with the Oregon State football program, followed by a seven-month internship with Stanford Football Sports Performance. Following his time at Stanford, Andrew was hired by the University of Notre Dame football program as a part-time football strength and conditioning coach. He draws on this high-level experience to help prepare student-athletes for a successful transition to high school and college athletics.
Andrew also draws on his personal experience playing varsity football at Thousand Oaks High School, and competing as a two-year starter at Eastside Junior College playing wide receiver and long snapper positions. There he earned the title of League Champion in 2016. Andrew transferred to Pacific Lutheran University to play football, before leaving the program to try out as a walk-on for the University of Washington Huskies football team. Although he didn’t make the team, the experience allowed him to discover his passion for training and sports performance.
Andrew graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors of Communication, a Fosters School of Business Sales Certificate, and a Masters in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership (Program: Coaching).
“Coach LaChapelle quickly established himself as a consistent and reliable coach who helped us take our program to the next level. His work ethic and relationship building were outstanding and he will do a great job leading the student athletes at The Togethership.”
